We're trying a particular structure for our formal events inspired by how the Ruby on Rails groups runs their meetings.

1. New people introduce themselves
2. Shout out recent news, events, or interesting things
3. A short presentation or exercise on Fundamentals, Cutting Edge, or Experiences.  (No introductory talks)

This will likely change as we learn and improve.
